WITH S2 provides free subtitles for the enjoyment of Korean Drama fans around the world. We ask that you respect our simple terms and conditions so that we may continue to do so. By downloading subtitles from this site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. Sharing
You are welcome to copy and individually share our subtitles as long as they are in their original form and you attribute the work to With S2. For example, you may download and install on your auntie’s computer and your cousin’s computer. However, you may not distribute our subtitles on a website, public or private, or any other online forum (such as D-Addicts Subtitles thread), or any other streaming sites including YouTube, VEOH, DailyMotion, etc. This means you may not post any subtitle file directly on your public or private website. You may not link directly to any of our .SRT files. We recommend you link to the specific project pages. NO hotlinking any of our drama banners, please reupload them to your own server.
2. Streaming.
You absolutely may not utilize WITH S2 subtitles with streaming videos without our permission or license.
3. Noncommercial
The subtitles we provide are free and not to be used for commercial purposes. You may not sell the subtitles or utilize them for any commercial purpose (without a license). Again, this includes all streaming sites. You may not sell subtitles on DVD or any other media.
4. No Derivative Works
The subtitles we provide may not be used in any derivative works, including video files or DVDs with hard subtitles. You may not burn DVDs embedding WITH S2 subtitles. You may copy WITH S2 subtitles onto DVD as original .srt files only. WITH S2 releases soft subtitle text files only and is not responsible or liable for the distribution of videos hard-subbed utilizing WITH S2 subtitles.
