It amazes me how you guys persevere through all of the annoyances and tedious work of rewinding/forwarding through each drama to make the subs as flawless as possible. I’m not exactly sure how exhausting subbing is but doing this service for nothing in return besides the praise and glory of the K-drama addicts is truly a great deed.

I think it’s about time that I give my feedback to you guys for all your hard work.
When I first thought about doing this, it was for the calendar >.< but now finding words to express my gratitude is hard.
Being on a few subbing teams I know how hard and time consuming subbing something can be and you guys only translate and time! I can barely take a nine minute video I can't imagine what subbing a whole hour is like.
Other than that, there's also finding dedicated subbers, dealing with pushy ppl, competition, rule breakers, etc., etc… It must be hard on the team and the coordinators but somehow in the end, you guys ALWAYS give the Internet world quality subs.
I try my best to keep fan subbing alive. I don't go to streaming sites and I take my time to download everything (videos&subs) first even if it takes me a week or more. I really don't like streaming sites at all. I don't like to wait~ When I watch dramas I watch the whole thing through in a few days. I would never hardsub your subs (you guys must know that ppl do that and they just take out that line in the subs u_u). I never make requests cuz you guys already have a lot on your plate and it must be stressful. I take what I get and you guys have given more than I have ever asked~
It seems more like I LOVE the team and what you guys do for me more than your subs (the subs are pretty amazing too^^). I appreciate everything you do, don't give up cuz there's a lot more ppl who love your subs! Keep up the great work!

An Ode to With S2 Written in the Heavens Subbing Squad.
As a recent K-Drama addict, I have discovered there are a few things I truly love about K-Drama. These things include:
Kim Bum’s adorable good looks
Kim Joon’s incredibly sexy voice
Lee Jun-ki’s undeniable hotness
Yoon Eun Hye’s spunk and cuteness
The unbelievable talent of all of the above
How the “regular girl” always gets the boy in the end
How said girl almost always has a strong character
There is, however, one thing I love more than all the rest: With S2 Written in the Heavens’ subtitles! When I watch a K-Drama I’ve never seen before, I always do a happy dance when I see it’s been subbed by With S2! Don’t get me wrong, other groups do a fine job (I wouldn’t be able to feed my addiction without them) but there is something about With S2 that makes the viewing experience that much more enjoyable.
I love how the With S2 crew always gives us little tidbits about Korean culture that some of us may be unfamiliar with. (For example, how they explained what the different foods were that the Grandfather was ordering in Jan Di’s porridge shop, or how when Woo Bin said he was “Scared of Guem Jan Di more than tigers or small pox” how those were the scariest two things in Korean Fairy Tales.) I also appreciate how they don’t treat us like a bunch of idiots, either. Explain to me once that “Sunbae” means “Senior” and I’m good to go! I really like how when terms like “Sunbae”, “Noona”, “Adjusshi”, etc. are used, With S2 doesn’t try to “Americanize” it just for me. I’d rather know the terms that are used in everyday language of the show I’m watching. I love how they put the names in the order Korean would say them (the family name first). I’ve gotten to the point where when a group puts the given name before the family name in the subtitles, it annoys me, because THAT’S NOT THE WAY THEY SAID IT!!!! I also enjoy how they translate the song lyrics. Songs are used in television shows to add emotion or dramatic effect. It’s not quite as effective if you don’t know the lyrics!
I guess what I’m saying is that I love everything you guys do, and I hope you continue to make my K-drama experience enjoyable….Of course, I would love you even more if I win the BOF calender!!!!!
