  I liked this drama a lot! Great performances by the actors, especially Han Ji Min.

  The acting was great! I”m a big So Ji Sub fan!
  The movie was good only because I watched an episode or two at a time…I’m sure if you watch it all together it’d be GREAT!
  I think that this is a MUST SEE..
  The suspense and twists and turns and everything about the movie just pulls you in!

  First of all my english is not that good because it’s not my first language so bear with me here.

  CAIN & ABEL

  I remember that after watching this kdrama i couldn’t start another kdrama for like 1 month or so,because i just couldn’t get over the damn thing ,lol ! It was THAT good,people ! i’m not a girl,so i’m not saying this is a good drama just because So Ji Sub is in it. IT REALLY IS A GOOD DRAMA, with or without him,because of the other incredible elements (script,acting,plot twists,action scenes,chemistry etc..i’ll talk about those things later. Anyway)!! Go watch it,because you won’t regret it. I must say i was quite sceptical about this drama because i read some bad comments about it before actually start watching it. Despite those comments, i said “oh well,it ain’t gonna be a good drama i suppose,but hey,who knows?maybe they’re wrong and it’s not that bad”. Yep they’re wrong !!! It’s fantastic from start to finish ; there are no dragging parts like in other kdramas, i just couldn’t push the fast-forward button,because everything was too good to skip ! The acting is amazing, the chemistry between the leads – perfect. Also…the script and it’s plot twists,the beautiful and touching music.

  I almost didn’t watch this drama because I thought it was going to be melodramatic and I usually like the romantic comedies better. I’m glad I gave it a change because this drama is very well written and left me thoroughly satisfied. It wasn’t as much melodrama as I thought there was going to be. As I look back on this drama now, I only remember the cute parts. There’s never a dull moment and there are a lot of surprising “aww!” moments for hopeless romantics such as myself. I fell in love with So Ji Sub’s character. It is so refreshing to see the hero in the story strong enough to stand up against the evil antagonists in a pretty satisfying manner also.

  This was definitely one of the best dramas this year. Human relations and emotions were portrayed at its best topped with some good action. You won7t get bored watching this one.
  The opening scenes will be forever implanted somewhere in my brain…and wasn’t this drama about brains in many ways? It inspired me in many ways. The filming locations in China were stunning and it made me wanna visit China. Shin Hyun Joon’s and So Ji Sub’s acting was subleme, they were made for these roles. Adding a bit of North Korea to the story gave it its ultimate spice but also made me think about those poor people’s misfortune. The medical scenes and the life of doctors and charity work also gave me loads to think about. Parenting can go wrong in many ways and this message came well across. All in all, I rate this drama as a masterpiece of the human mind. It would be impossible to make a movie out of this story as it takes time to slowly show all those emotions.

  cain and abel was one of my first kdramas. im a big fan of medical tv dramas like ER and Grey’s anatomy. although not much has been shown in the medical field, the surgeries are amazing especially neuro. first episode really got into me. so ji sub is great. han ji min is so damn pretty. what more to ask.

  oh, my goodness, I don’t care if this drama would had been drawn out and boring (which take note… it was Not^_^) because So Ji Sub was the lead role! I hadn’t seen Shin Hyun Joon since I watched… what was that… yes, “Stairway to Heaven.” He was impressingly good at acting!!!
  If you want a drama full of emotion, action, and even a love story revolving around So Ji Sub (which no one can deny), then this drama is for you! Side note 1: I didn’t mind the lead actress, but I think there could had been a better suiter for the role. Side note 2: this was the most medically graphic drama I had watched thus far, but it sure made the drama tap into emotions as much of the medical procedures had to do with the actors’ character development.

  Give this drama a nine based on my WithS2 rating system^_^:
  10- just had some thing unique, not quite seen before in a drama, along with likable about it to give it a 10
  9- would watch again and again (consider the fact that a favorite actor is probably featured throughout as well as being a likable drama^_^)
  8- could watch again especially if watching it with some one that has not seen it before to watch their reactions
  7- memorable and left an impression… too much drama or too long to watch again
  6- worth watching once if can’t find some thing to watch
  5- watched it and finished it because I started it and got quite far
  4 and below- would not watch again or had to stop watching!
