My opinion :
- I’ve watch many korean dramas and i can easily say, this is the best drama in terms of QUALITY, CINEMATOGRAPHY ..cant recall any other drama that have such high quality as this..
- Quality acting by Hyun Bin, better than in My Name Is Kim Sam Soon..IMO
- If you like stories about friendship, then Friend, Our Legend will suit you the best.. most of the storyline focusing on lifes of the 4 boys..
Friends: Our Legend is a special drama for me. First of all, I’d like to say that I haven’t seen it whole yet, but I have seen the movie and I can pretty much talk about it.
If you were to ask me why I chose to pick up this series, I will only be able to give you this reason: every time I saw one of the still photos of the drama (or the movie), my eyes teared up. No kidding: I actually cried in front of two of the promotional teasers. I didn’t know anything about the story back then, but I could already guess that the beautiful friendship of those young boys would be lost in time. The director did a wonderful job at capturing that powerful sense of nostalgia, of childhood memories and the passage of time. How people change, how friends become sworn enemies, how things go bad and then just plain awful even if you do try your best to make it right.
Keep a box a tissues at your side. It’s going to be one hell of a tearful ride.
