This drama is really great. Touch every aspect of every of the main character.
Trully enjoy it and even the surgery look really real.
It just give me some disappointment during the end of the drama.

A simple word: Awesome. Where can you find a drama about medicine, history, love, friendship; all in one shot?
MEDICINE
As the title of this post, in my opinion all the characters united together because of medicine.
Baek Do Yang who gave up his noble rank. Hwang Jung who never want to see anyone died like his mother. Seok Ran who wanted to help the women getting medical examination not from a man.
From the beginning until the end, they faced many challenge, and always managed to go through. From a simple Jejungwon Hospital, later on it became a big Jejungwon Severance Hospital. From a simple wound treatment, they also worked on vaccine production.
All because their passion for medicine, to help and save people.

Jejungwon should be crowned the best drama of the year, if it wasn’t for its weird low ratings? well it wasn’t low, but standard it didn’t even hit 30% ok so I get that CGI and explosion are in this year but Jejungwon touches on many humanity issue. its also very light hearted for me. meaning where there’s a problem there’s always a solution, love its happiness.
the cast is stella, you can not complain anyone in here, even the butler or the slave were supreme, also the bad people have faces you wanna slap so its great if you feel like just hating them rather then judging their acting ability, we all have those days.
The drama is based on the life of mainly three people who contionously crosses each other in life.
park yong woo plays Hwang Jung/small dog(former) who is born in low class and inherit his father position of a butcher, well going to until he went into trouble with the law to earn money to cure his mother sickness. by chance he got introduce to medicine (surgery) of the western and became interested and luckyily become and assistant under a fake alias Hwang Jung.
Han Hye Jin portray the modern day agashi who is open to modern ideas and very interested in medicine too. by chance she save hwang Jung, they became friends and soon fall in love with him. gotta love her character.
Yeon Jung Hoon portray the proud and arrogant Baek Do yang. YJH’s role should be a breakthrough from his previous characters who were usually rightous. well BDY isn’t a crooked person, just full of jealousy and since his a yangban you can’t expect less. still love him, his also one we can relate very well too.
You must watch this, especially if you have enjoyed Dae Jang geum or similar.
