  Good writing, casting, and photography.

  Though the subtitle work is appreciated, it is bewildering. I can’t tell: Is it awkward imitation of archaic English meant to match archaic Korean in the original ? Or is it a deriding joke ?

  When there is a choice between a simple word and an arcane one, the arcane choice wins, e.g. ‘gibbet his pate’ in place of ‘off with his head’, moppet instead of child, etc.

  Really loved this drama..But i could not understand why there is no subs when there is already more than 35 episodes available…Plz make subs for this drama… i have been searching for subs everywhere and it is driving me crazy…

  I have seen many korean dramas,especially the historical ones.They made me travel all along the history of Korea which i found was full of defeat & glory.I should give my big salute to the actors for their great perfofmances.They really made attached to tv

  I like this movie. I am fond of watching Korean historical drama like Jumong, Immortal Yi Soon Shin, Emperor. I can relate this movie King Geunchogo with other Korean historical movies. Thank you very much for the subtitles. It’s really helpingunderstand Korean Culture and History. Thanks and God bless!
