VIA Access: our new THANK YOU program
WITH S2 would like to thank all of our fans and friends who have donated and otherwise supported us in sustaining our efforts and our site. As a Thank You, we have set up what we call VIA Access to Extras on our web site. VIA stands for Very Important Angel, and it is via you angels that we can continue to provide subs for these addicting Korean Dramas.
With VIA Access, you will be able to get the Extras on our site, which may contain the following goodies (and this list will grow):
- Pre-releases of subtitles .
You guys will get the subtitles FIRST before we officially release them to the public. - Special subbing projects for VIA Access members ONLY
- Occasional subtitles for interviews and entertainment specials
- Exclusive drama reviews by WITH S2 team members
- The opportunity to suggest and vote on future projects
- Some form of recognition if desired
VIA Access is currently in “beta” and you will notice it is a bit scarce and possibly buggy. Please bear with us as we iron it out. ONE simple RULE: DO NOT SHARE OR LEAK THE EXTRAS CONTENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Thanks again! We appreciate all you do to help us do what we do!
VIA should be getting an email w/ VIA access info within 24 hours from the time of the donation. Please make sure that you have created an account at withs2.com & include the user ID when making a donation for speedy VIA access.
Please note that you must be a registered member & remained logged-in to see any of the Extras content with VIA Access.
Who can be a VIA & get VIA access?

As a Thank You for helping us sustain our efforts and our site, we have set up what we call VIA Access to Extras on our web site for those angels who donate $10 or more. - For angels who donate at least $10, we’d like to offer 6 months of VIA Access to thank you.
- For angels who donate at least $20, we’d like to offer a year of VIA Access to thank you.
- Previous angels (who have made donations of any amount in the past) have been contacted by email with info to become VIA – If you have made a donation in the past and haven’t gotten an email from us – please send an email to withs2donation@gmail.com so that we can set up VIA Access for you.
- Those who participated in our BOF giveaway contest in the past & show their appreciation to us through their comments & graphic & artwork.
- Those who will contribute to our team- be it reviews, artwork ( banners etc), guides to help newbies or just helping out by answering questions & guiding other others through the navigation of the site, giving us valid suggestions on how to improve our site & work..etc

What will the money be used toward?
- Our web hosting/ site maintenance
- More premium megaupload/ sendspace max accounts for our growing list of members from all over the world- so subbers can save time and be able to obtain the subbing materials in a timely manner.
- The purchase of raw materials for our special projects ( upcoming 20 episodes dvd of Tamra, possibly the director’s cut of Friend, the Legend)/ older gems that are only available in Japan with a heavy price tag of $300-$500/ dvd set.
- Funding for our secret project
- Celebrating special occasions within our withs2 family ( Christmas appreciation/ hardest working members appreciation/ celebrating members’ bday/ good & bad occasions.. etc)

With many thanks and compliments for a fantastic job well done in the asian drama world to all the team members.
I donated for a simple reason, and also for a complex reason:
1 simple reason: KDrama fandom would not be what it is, without WithS2.
1 complex reason, but if you think of it, it’s a huge deal: You guys have OVER ONE HUNDRED projects completed. That’s a whole lot. Nowhere in the fansubbing universe, even among big Anime fansub teams, is there a fansubbing team that takes on as many simultaneous projects as you guys. Or that has as many completed projects. You have, what, like 8 of them running now? And they’re 1h episodes. A lot of them which air twice a week. Simple math says 8 projects x 1h x 2 episodes = 16h of Korean material to sub, EVERY week. So for an anime team to do as much work as you do, they would have to take on a whopping 54 series at the same time, since it’s one 20-minute episode per week. And that’s without counting the fact that there’s so many more people who can translate Japanese-English than Korean-English.
so all I have to say to you guys is, good job. keep on being that great, and no fan will ever be disappointed!

After logging in, you should see the links in the homepage. The VIA link http://withs2.com/via-access should also appear in the top menu. Hope that helps
